Detailed Information
This course satisfies the MA requirement to be certified in Firearm Home Safety and apply to online through the MIRCS portal with your local Police Department for your MA LTC. When you pass this course you will receive your certificate needed to apply online. CAVEAT: * This does not include the fee for the range. Each instructor will schedule class range time for a small additional fee. Instructors will cover how to schedule range time and the associated fees in class.
Cancellation Policy
. Thank you for choosing Greater Boston Gun Safety School (GBGS). Please take kind note that there are no refunds on any GBGS classes. We do allow for students to transfer their registration fee to another student. If the class is canceled at my discretion, students will receive a full refund. There are also no refunds in cases of accidental registration. If you register for the wrong class, your payment will be held and can be used towards a future class. If you are unable to attend a class, you are allowed to reschedule only once. Failure to attend the second class date will result in the forfeiture of any registration fees paid. You have 12 months from your original class date to reschedule and attend your new class. If you do not reschedule your class within 12 months, all registration fees will be forfeited. *Weather Concerns: Classes will not be rescheduled due to rain/cold weather. Classes will only be rescheduled at my discretion if there is heavy snow, dangerous lightning, or excessive winds. Students may only opt to reschedule due to heavy snow; however, this will count as one of the class reschedules.
